Teacher of Music

Kirton Academy

We are looking for someone who is passionate about teaching Music to join us at Kirton Academy.

The successful candidate will have their own custom designed designated Music teaching room with attached practice / peri rooms.

The successful candidate will:

  • Be able to develop, plan and deliver high quality learning experiences to all of our students including KS4 Music
  • Be a newly qualified or experienced teacher who is committed to getting the best outcome for the students in our school
  • Be committed to equal opportunities for all and to the safeguarding and welfare of young people
  • Be will to be an active community member within the school leading our school band and school singers.

    Assistant Head of Year (×2)

    Cleethorpes Academy

    We are seeking to recruit versatile Assistant Heads of Year to work at Cleethorpes Academy.

    Assistant Heads of Year work in collaboration with all members of the Pastoral team to ensure the physical and emotional welfare of students.

    Duties include:

    • supporting and reinforcing the high expectations of the Academy in behaviour, uniform, attainment and attendance
    • Communicating confidently with staff, agencies, students and parents to deal with issues and barriers to learning in a positive manner.
    • Being a proactive presence in supporting the Academy behaviour system during breaks, lesson changeover and start and end of day routines.

    Teaching Assistant

    Pilgrim Academy

    We are seeking to recruit a versatile Teaching Assistant who will play a key role in supporting students and staff at our primary Academy. We are looking for someone who believes in inclusion for all students and is able to implement strategies to support children with SEND. Responsibilities will include working 1:1 to support children with additional needs and supporting the class teacher with groups of children or individuals in the classroom. The role will involve working with children to support any social, emotional or behavioural needs. Experience is preferred, but full training will be provided in-house. Candidates must have a minimum of GCSE Grade C or equivalent in Mathematics and English.

    An opportunity has arisen for a Teaching Assistant at Waltham Toll Bar Academy:

    • To assist students, including those with SEN, to maximise access to the curriculum,
    • To work under the direction of the teacher in a class based environment using teaching aides and other methods of support

    • To support and work with more vulnerable children, including those with SEMH and behavioural difficulties in the school' on site support provisions.
    • To support students to reintegrate to mainstream lessons successfully over a period of time.
    • To deliver small group work sessions to support students in regulating their emotions and behaviours.
